- All consultation payments must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled session. This allows sufficient time for form completion and for our experts, including Rajni and the consulting doctor, to thoroughly review your case in advance.
- Once a consultation slot is confirmed, only one reschedule is permitted.
- Requests beyond one reschedule will not be accommodated. In case of multiple rescheduling attempts, the booking will be considered cancelled and the payment will be forfeited.
